what can i apply to a rash/breakout of pimples or whiteheads caused from waxing of the eyebrow! please help!!?

i recently got my eyebrows waxed for the first time and a few days later i noticed that i was starting to get a breakout around my waxed eyebrow area. they look like pimples or whiteheads and theres so many. i NEVER breakout like this on a regular day..so this was quite different. i researched and found that maybe calamine lotion or aloe vera gell helps. is there anything else i can apply to the infected area to clear my skin? maybe my skin is sensitve? please help.
