hello ladies btw my camera died at the end but I was done babbling ha. this is how i got my hair healthy and manageable after bleaching. 1. mayonnaise on damp hair (i know ew) for as long as you can take it (1 hour minimum) 2.ion repair solutions shampoo and conditioner 3. gelatin hair recipe… 1 pkg unflavored gelatin 1/3 c. boiling water 1tsp honey 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp apple cider vinegar chunk of ripe banana and a Tbs of everyday conditioner. 4. herbal essence hello hydration 5.no more towel drying 6.NO BLOW DRYING 7. pin curls verses heat 8. hot oil treatments 9.less shampooing or none, (apple cider vinegar works great as a replacement) 10.everyday conditioner shower cap and heat 11.cool water not hot 12.BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR HAIR
