Need help with my skin.. Acne problem?

I am a teenage suffering from acne on both my cheeks. I have tried some facial wash and some creams they seem to work at first but after awhile they stopped working. And I think I have some acne scars. How do I remove it? Can anyone help me out? Thank you so much.. I am currently staying in Singapore, so it would be the best to tell me where to get facial wash, other products that will improve my skin. Thanks guys!
Dermalogist are very expensive right? Any methods i can try at home with facial wash or creams will be the best
