]]> http://facialskins.com/how-can-i-get-my-hair-cut-like-taylor-swift/feed/ 3 do i have GAD or SAD ? please help!?!? http://facialskins.com/do-i-have-gad-or-sad-please-help/ http://facialskins.com/do-i-have-gad-or-sad-please-help/#comments Sun, 20 May 2012 22:42:58 +0000 admin http://facialskins.com/do-i-have-gad-or-sad-please-help/ its been going on since im around 16 ..im 20 now and feel like its been getting worse as i get older.. i always stay in my room when my parents are out i sometimes cant bring my self to go upstairs or anywhere else in the house because i think theres a burglar there or a killer of some sort.. i always look behind me and run up my stairs thinking someones running after me, i absolutely dread having to go outdoors because i think everyone is staring at me and i think people think im weird looking and dress weird ? :/ and i always think ill do something embarrassing, i hate having to talk to strangers i panic a bit and palms sweat and my face goes red.. i think im extremely ugly, but i have a boyfriend who compliments me every single day and i think im not good enough for him, i think people are all actors i feel like im in the “Truman Show”.. i cant wear earphones listen to music walking around because i think people will think i look weird with them or someone will grab me because i cant hear whats going on, i hate crossing roads because i think the people in there cars are saying “haha look at her she is a loser/freak” etc.. i dont answer the phone to anyone except my family and bf, i cant ring to order food because i think ill stutter or something and be humiliated, i struggle to go asleep in silence in my room a weird routine where if i go asleep when its dark out i put my phone beside me with music on a really low volume, and cover my whole face under the covers and hold them as well because i think i will hear foot steps or someone will grab my cover off.. and then theres other times where it dosent work for me so i keep myself awake till it gets bright out and then i can hear traffic and its bright in my room so i feel safe, im myself when i have someone like my bf around or in public, i always need someone with me to feel ok kind of, i feel like such a geek, and i told my parents last year how i was feeling (which took some guts) and i went to counseling for a couple of weeks but i left because i felt like a psychopath .. and my parents never really cared that i left, they dont really get whats wrong with me they always just think im in a bad mood with them thats why i dont want to bring it up again, and havent got the guts to go the doctors myself, i also feel very depressed sometimes over the most recidiclous things ever and think ill never be happy again and just feel so worthless like its ruining my life i cant even get a job because i cant bring my self to be in public with strangers, i dont know what to do i hope someone reads all of this and actually has a good answer because i really need to know what the hell i should do?

I have this idea of becoming an anti-aging specialist. I’ve discovered three different schools and or courses that would help me achieve this goal.

I would have to become a qualified personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, go to school for aesthetics (figured Skin Science in Utah might be the best choice) and receive a certification from the American College of Anti-Aging Sports Medicine.

With all of these combined, I’d plan to open my own practice. Rather unique, because I actually have a passion for health, fitness, skincare etc. One Problem!

How do women feel about having a male aesthetician? No waxing or make-up, although that’s in the curriculum, but I’d be more concerned with doing facial services, skin evaluations and various other spa treatments, along with doing personal training sessions, and teaching fitness classes.

The idea is to help others maintain and preserve their natural beauty without drugs or medical procedures.

In my mind, this could be really exciting, and an extremely lucrative business. I just want to know what the women think, considering spa and wellness is a female dominated industry.

I hear that white guys want to go out with Asian girls, because they seem exotic and intellectual.

I have a gorgeous friend that’s asian and she’s 5ft. She’s petite and has the most beautiful facial features in an Asian I’ve ever seen. She’s sweet, smart, and has an awesome personality. She was telling me the other day that she likes white guys, but they don’t seem to be interested in Asian girls. And I was wondering if that was true.

Also, there are these German foreign exchange student she finds adorable, but she isn’t sure if they’ll like talking to her. So far, they’ve only been hanging out with Spanish girls, they’re pretty too.

So, do European [as people in Europe] and/or White guys [in America] find Asian girls attractive? and why?
Oh she’s Korean and beautiful. So, many Asian guys like her, but I don’t know if white guys do. The white guys I talk to find her to be pretty, but they’re all just good friends.
