Best facial cleanser and moisturizer for acne prone skin? 10pts?

I have acne proned skin.
I get many pimples and blackheads on my face.
I get them all over and even in the same area.
Eating candy or drinking juice is a problem alone.
I cant get away without pimples next day.
I even feel a tingle on my face when it is coming
Best brand name of cleansers and moisturizers?
Is Neutrogena and Clean and Clear good?
Tried Pro Active years ago and didnt work for me.
